MY THOUGHTS:
This book was an extremely comical take on the job of a concierge. I loved all the guest conversation mock ups, they had me cracking up. All the behind the scenes going ons were so funny! I go on vacations pretty often and I must say this book educated me on the roles of hotel employees. Honestly I never really knew the roles of a concierge. This is such a quick and funny read, exactly what I've been loving lately.
I would definitely recommend this book if you vacation often, or even just on occasion. It would help clear up which questions to ask which employees at the very least.
